For high brand store,they do care more about consumer feeling.
So,the fashion finish for store fixtures is very critical for these stores.
Sintop is making a store with brushed brass plating for our US clients.
There is one plinth which has special requirement is , magnet inside
must allow to hold 4 pounds products when goods put on shelf.
While plinth itself can not be too heavy.
We tested three times before make it successful.
First time, 1mm metal cover outside,5mm x 25mm ferrit magnet inside -no good.
Second time, we changed to 0.5mm SS outside ,10 x 25mm ferrit magnet inside- plinth too heavy (no good).
thrid time,we kept 0.5mm SS outside,but using 2mm x 25mm strong magnet instead of ferrit magnet.
Also we reduce maget from 80 pcs per set to 32 pcs per set.Then weight reduced half.
Finally we made right.Here are finished pictures to share .
