Both Hanlong and Sintop are one company and one owner. " Hanlong" is last name of our owner.We started in "Hanlong" since 2002 but exporting using shipping agency. So we registed "Sintop" and start to export by ourself in 2006 .

One shift only, but there will be two shifts when factory is busier.

5 days a week, Saturday day and Sunday are overtime.

We do not have a minimum order requirement to purchase our merchandise. We will ship any order any size.

8.If I Place An Order With Your Company, When Should I Expect To Receive It?
For new items: Our regular production lead time is 3-5 weeks because we need to open tooling. For re-order items: Our regular production lead time is 2-4 weeks depends on what type of products. We are always flexible on lead time.Please feel free to let us know your requirement,we are willing to strive to meet your date.

9.What Shipping Method Do You Use For Shipping Out Your Merchandise?
For Economic :We suggest to ship in 20' /40'/40HC/45' container or LCL shipment. For Urgent: Please consider EXPRESS/AIR/SEA AIR.
